SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more within the United States.

Shipping rates for orders below $70 are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

After an order has been processed and shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Customers will receive tracking information via email once an order has shipped.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Beans in a Bucket Living is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
